Nuvolari Lenard Plus 52 – Project NB114 Sale Announcement!

Mengi Yay Shipyard is pleased to announce the successful sale of  the  52.6-metre  NB114  superyacht. Designed by the renowned Italian studio Nuvolari Lenard, the yacht is currently under construction at Mengi Yay’s facilities in Istanbul, with delivery scheduled for 2027.

The Nuvolari Lenard Plus 52 redefines open-air living through  exterior  spaces  that  seamlessly blend elegance, comfort, and a strong connection to the sea. The expansive aft  beach  club transforms into a floating terrace thanks to fold-out platforms and a  custom-designed  pool  positioned at water level. Directly below, the lower-deck wellness area provides a private retreat complete with a sauna, fitness space, and a serene relaxation lounge dedicated  to  personal  wellbeing.

At the bow, a generous foredeck lounge doubles as an open-air  cinema,  featuring  a retractable screen for magical evenings under the stars. Completing the outdoor experience is one of the largest sundecks in its category, offering uninterrupted views and versatile spaces for sunbathing, dining or entertaining.

Interior spaces reflect Nuvolari Lenard’s refined aesthetic infused with the youthful spirit of Mediterranean living. Large glass surfaces maximize natural light and create an effortless visual connection to the outdoors, giving each area a sense of understated sophistication and timeless elegance.

The NL Plus series embodies Nuvolari Lenard’s thirty years of design expertise, combining modern lines, strong character, certified sustainable interior solutions, and increasingly efficient hull forms  for reduced consumption and environmental impact. Positioned under the 500 GT threshold at 52 metres, the NB 114 offers the unique advantage of shortened delivery times without  compromising on full customisation. The project was thoroughly pre-developed with Van  Oossanen and Mengi Yay, allowing clients to join the process at an advanced construction stage  while still receiving a truly bespoke yacht delivered on time.

Following this successful sale, Mengi Yay is now preparing to begin construction of the second Nuvolari Lenard Plus 52 hull. This milestone clearly reflects strong market demand for the NL & Mengi Yay–developed platform, which prioritises performance, efficiency, and onboard comfort.

The yacht features a high-efficiency hull engineered by Van Oossanen and holds the RINA C Hull • MACH • YCh Unrestricted classification, ensuring an ideal balance of performance, comfort, and safety.
